Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) — $8.00 or FREE on orders over $70
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) — $15.00
Carriers We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states.
Lost or Damaged Packages Maria's Hair Barn & Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at beauty@mariashairbarn.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
